I am an open minded and determined young adult ready to work hard and achieve more skills to imbed into my day-to-day life and work ethic. I am also an enthusiastic, dedicated, and versatile individual with an outstanding and excellent attitude to work, highly motivated and reliable. Currently looking to work hand-in-hand with people providing them with outstanding customer service. I have gained experience through teaching in an educational institution environment which gave me knowledge of how to approach entities professionally, and through the course of life experiences that molded my professional skills. I’ve also worked in proximity with customers during both my work experience and my time working in McDonald’s as a crew trainer and progressing to becoming a manager, which helped me comprehend how important it is to always meet customer’s requirements and need to keep satisfied with the service offered by the company. I’ve also worked closely with job seekers who I’ve offered support in gaining employment. I’m a great team worker and can adapt myself to working in any environment; calm or stressful; I can also work singularly and get tasks done delivering everything gracefully and with excellent quality following policies. In addition to all of these I’m a multi-lingual person who had the greatest opportunity to study in Italy learning its language and as an additional study learning how to speak and write French which I also got an A-level qualification in; also, I pride myself of being able to speak my native language which is Twi (Asante Akan) which makes it a total of me being able to speak four languages.
