I’m a compassionate and resilient mental health support worker with experience across hospital wards and community environments. I’m confident with computers and systems and adapt quickly to new processes. I’m detail‑focused, organised, and able to stay calm and grounded in challenging situations. My lived experience helps me connect with people in an honest, supportive way. I’m now looking for remote roles where empathy, communication, and strong IT skills come together.
Experience
I’ve spent over eight years supporting people in both hospital and community settings, helping them through tough moments with calm, compassion and practical support. I’m confident with computers and systems, quick to pick things up, and I work well on my own or as part of a team.
I’m used to fast‑paced environments, staying organised, keeping good records and communicating clearly with the people I support and the professionals around them. My background in customer service and team leadership also means I’m comfortable dealing with different personalities and handling challenging situations with patience and confidence.
Education
I’ve completed my NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, along with a Level 2 English qualification. I’ve also done additional training in customer service and first aid, including CPR and emergency response. All of this supports the work I do in mental health, care, and customer‑focused roles.
