My name is Svetlana. I am Latvian (EU) citizen and resident of Great Britain, where I currently live and work.

A motivated and responsible, highly skilled with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. I have extensive knowledge in the field. Also, I have high experience in selling and all aspects of hospitality with a focus on both front and back-of-house operations. My strengths include communication in five languages, service delivery, and developing skills that enable me to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers. Currently looking to progress my career in a more challenging role.

I am working as a dealer, and sales consultant, buying and selling Vintage, Pre-owned luxury watches, high jewellery, loose diamonds, and luxury handbags. I am working with brands like-

Buying and selling high jewellery, watches, and handbags. I work directly with brand representatives if an item needs proof of verification or any documentation. Also, I process and administer regulated loans up to £20000 with one of the UK’s most trusted finance providers. Providing certificates, managing store inquiries, answering incoming phone calls, and emails, booking appointments, invoicing, and taking payments over the phone or on the shop floor. Provide i-link for payment with email. Experienced in handling Repair and After Care Department inquiries. I prepared and parceled online worldwide orders and tracking parcels. Working with courier services like – FedEx, Royal Mail, DHL, and private couriers – Ferrari. Supplied watch worksheets and all necessary documentation for delivery of goods without delay.

My responsibilities also include providing valuations for insurance purposes. Also, worked in partnership with several online market platforms like – Chrono24; 1ST Dibs; eBay, and Farfetch. 

I have created content for social media platforms like Instagram and Tiktok for high jewellery, watches, and handbags. Working with photography team. Analyze the market and create new marketing opportunities.

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. I have extensive knowledge in the field. I started my career as an Electrical network and part of the production system of IT system engineer in Electricity and heat production, electricity and natural gas trading in the Baltic States, and administration of mandatory electricity purchases in Latvia. Over the course of my 3-year career, I’ve developed a skill set directly relevant to the automation of the electricity metering system, which ensures the prompt collection of metering data and events from electrical counters. Also, my role was as administrator and support for access to the automatic electricity metering system, ensuring the receipt of consumption data from the meter in accordance with the service selected by the client, and displaying this data online.
