I am a Certified Salesforce Administrator with proven, practical experience in Salesforce CRM development and maintenance, supported by over 10 years of IT experience in development and support.During this time, I’ve built a strong ability to streamline business processes, improve data integrity, and support end users across multiple departments. I’m skilled in creating custom objects, fields, flows, dashboards, reports, and automations, as well as managing user roles, profiles, permissions, and page layouts.Worked with Salesforce Dynamic Forms to enhance page layouts and user experience. Over the past year, I completed several Salesforce training programs, including the Supermums Salesforce Training Program. I achieved multiple Salesforce certifications : Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce DevOps Fundamental, and SaaS Data Protection. These programmes strengthened my skills in automation, problem-solving, and platform optimisation, and I am continuing to pursue a few other advanced level Salesforce certifications.
In my recent roles, I worked on multiple complex assignments involving advanced flows, dashboards, reports, user management, and data management. One of my key projects involved designing and integrating external forms with Salesforce to automate record creation. I collaborated closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, designed validation rules, and used a third-party application to ensure that form submissions automatically created the correct custom object records. The solution is fully functional and meets all business requirements.
