I’ve been living in London for 9 years with my husband. I started my career as a housekeeper in a 5* hotel. Then I got a Barista position at Caffe Nero and I progressed from Barista to assistant manager, and I completed my maestro training in the first year. After two years I got an opportunity to work for a currency exchange office, and I decided to give it a try. I started to work there as a sales consultant, then I became an evening senior and a house trainer. Everything was going well until the coronavirus outbreak. Unfortunately my employer had to decide to make us redundant and close the office.

First I would like to highlight that I have immense patience and that attribute was really appreciated by both of my managers in Nero and in the Currency exchange too, because a lot of my colleagues had no patience to train other people. I have 6years of experience at customer services and staff management. A strong organizer with excellent planning, problem solving and communication skill. A hard working, knowledgeable and reliable individual seeking a position to utilize her existing skills and to contribute to a great team.
