• Project management - To coordinate contractors or sub-contractors ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within scope.
• Collaborate - consulted with architects, civil engineers, structural engineers, steel workers in developing commercial properties.
• Problem solving - Resolved complex issues and problems by using own judgement and initiative.
• Attention to detail – Ensure design work has been followed throughout the project and oversaw that the buildings and structures remain stable and secure and they do not deflect, rotate or collapse.
• Project experience: Executed plans to build two portal frames from the ground up which consisted of 12 new commercial ranging from 1000sqft up to 1500sqft.
• Managed a million-pound project of commercial units ranging from 1500sqft up to 4000sqft at an established development.
• CAD – Analysing and Editing CAD drawings to ensure all client needs were met.
