I have a strong and varied professional background spanning customer service, management, and technical roles. As a Senior Conductor, I was responsible for passenger safety, providing excellent customer service, and handling challenging situations with professionalism and calmness. My role required strong communication skills, safety awareness, and the ability to work with people from all walks of life, including vulnerable and elderly individuals.

In my time as an Assistant Manager at a mobile phone shop, I developed leadership and management skills, overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, and ensuring customer needs were met to a high standard. This role strengthened my ability to manage teams, resolve problems effectively, and drive performance.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a Telecommunications Engineer, where I gained valuable technical knowledge and problem-solving skills while installing and maintaining systems. This experience gave me a solid understanding of working in practical, hands-on environments, often requiring precision, safety awareness, and independent decision-making.

Together, these roles have equipped me with a unique blend of customer service expertise, safety and technical awareness, and leadership ability. I am adaptable, reliable, and motivated by helping others while delivering results.
