About Tamsin Baynes:

I  currently studying for a BTEC level 3 Extended diploma in Sport and Exercise Science at Loughborough College. I represented England Rugby in the U18s Six Nations this year and I and currently training with the Loughborugh Lightning premiership team. 
 

Through sport I have learned good teamwork and communications skills and my duties as captain have developed my leadership skills  I have also learned to make decisions in a high pressure environment and make split second choices that may impact other people. 
 

I am a hard worker and I never leave jobs unfinished. I take pride in my work and have always revived comments on my capabilities and commitment. I can work as a part of a team or alone and use my initiative when required.
