I have a First class Bachelors degree in Political science and 2 years worth of consulting and project management experience. Consultancy Projects Undertaken

June 2022-September 2022: MSc Management Consultancy Capstone Project (Business Expansion and market Entry strategy for Judge’s Choice Petfood LTD), University of Sussex, Brighton

  • Corresponded with the client company representatives from the consultancy project inception meeting throughout all project phases.
  • Worked in a team to develop the consultancy project plan. 
  • Facilitated stakeholder identification and categorisation plan
  • Developed and facilitated stakeholder interaction and interview guides to collect information on the performance and sustainability of the client company’s operations and supply chain process. 
  • Researched market entry conditions for the client target expansion markets and developed market analysis reports for each market. 
  • Conducted a comprehensive competitive analysis of the client company’s projected competition in each target market based on the client’s value proposition and similarities with identified dominant players. 
  • Acted as lead writer of the consultancy report to ensure logical flow of information with a clear and coherent presentation of findings and recommendations.

  • Designed the consultancy report structure and research framework.

  • Worked effectively as a part of the technical support team On FHI360 SIDHAS (Strengthening Integrated Delivery of HIV/AIDS Services) project.

  • Monitored the social media campaign programme analytics which involved recording views, likes and comments made on the campaign programme’s Twitter, Facebook and YouTube pages.
  • Compiled social media analytics reports to investigate the campaign programme online reach.
