class honors, currently working as a community coordinator within the NHS.
With a wealth of experience as a Business administrator trainee, I have
managed to effectively carry out tasks that came with my role and gained the

appropriate actions for DNA patients with rebooking or discharge,
triage process, and using e-referral services.
• Experienced in actioning outcomes post-patient consultations with
clinicians and extensive experience in organizing MDT Meetings with
consultants.
• Skilled in using EMIS, CERNER, MICROSOFT, MDS, ACCURX,
ERS, EXCEL and other necessary software for record-keeping and
appointment booking and for follow-up outcomes.
• Experienced in handling calls from patients, clinicians, wards, and
other hospital departments.
• Employ effective problem-solving techniques to resolve queries and
address concerns raised by patients and departments.
• Worked closely within the ENT Department and familiar with the ENT
minor procedures and terms and fully aware of the waiting list trackers.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient arrivals, consultations, and
outcomes of appointments with diligence and attention to detail.
