I am a Chartered IT Professional and Incorporated Engineer with a specialist in service management and delivery of ICT and telecommunication systems in further and higher education. I have managed IT Service desks, Health and Safety in the workplace, and over one million pounds of IT budget. Recent experience includes 18 months of Import declaration via Ricardo / CHIEF / Customs Declaration service.

• Enhanced teaching and learning by delivering academic programs and aligning IT services in discussions with academics and student union, conducted surveys, and 1-2-1 meetings. 
• Provided AI and Data Science ICT environment for teaching and learning.

• Project managed Voice-over-IP upgrade for Nortel Option 11C PABX and administered VoIP phones including assigning extensions and configuration of phone features and ACD. Administered Voicemail.
• Initiated and managed a free upgrade of primary internet bandwidth from 4 Mbps to 100 Mbps for a Further Education College
• Managed procurement, configuration, and deployment of 250 PCs / 170 iMacs, 35 Multifunctional print devices, 6 display screens, and a Reprographics across a University. Oversaw Win7 to Win 10 desktop migrations.
• Ownership, support, and advanced knowledge of systems administration techniques for multi-domain MS Windows server operating system/ Apple MAC / Android environments, Storage virtualization, Wireless, active directory administration, group policy / User profile management O365, and desktop and mobile business applications, including cloud technologies (O365, Google Apps, Dropbox, MS Azure, virtualization), TCP/IP, NAT, VPN, LDAP, NAS, NFS, VMWare. 
• Introduced university-wide Health and Safety risk assessment for staff traveling internationally.
• Managed Health and Safety (H&S) for 350 plus staff, and 10000 students and achieved a maximum score in the health and safety audit for the organisation, management, and training.
