Experience

Property Manager (LRG)

  • Dealing with landlord and tenant queries, accounts, check out, deposit returns, maintenance queries and move in issues all to be dealt in a timely manner.
  • Dealing with all maintenance queries through the Fixflo system
  • Submitting deposit disputes via TDS & Arbitration for tenancies with no deposit options.
  • Liaising with lettings negotiators to ensure pre-tenancy works is carried out.
  • Issuing and distributing eviction notices for termination of tenancies
  • Monitoring and chasing rent arrears when required.
  • Arranging new furniture and appliances for the landlords.
  • Scheduling Appointments with Contractors & Clients.
  • Administrative Tasks (including renewals & sending out property inspection reports to tenants and landlords.
  • General Diary Management; Adding New Appointments, Scheduling Contractors.
  • Organising compliance checks (Annual Gas, Electrical Safety Inspections and also EPCs)
  •  Making sure all HMO’s & Selective license’s are compliant.
  • Carrying out meetings with Landlords (when required).
  • Making sure any notes/correspondences are added to the Reapit software.

Property Manager (JTM Homes)

  • Dealing with utilities and council tax companies, paying bills on landlords behalf.
    Dealing with landlord and tenant queries, accounts, check out, deposit returns, maintenance queries and move in issues all to be dealt in a timely manner.
  • Submitting deposit disputes via TDS.
    Liaising with lettings negotiators to ensure pre-tenancy works is carried out.
  • Issuing and distributing eviction notices for termination of tenancies
  • Monitoring and chasing rent arrears.
    Arranging new furniture and appliances for the landlords.
  • Carrying out 6 monthly inspections and preparing reports to issue to landlords.
  • Scheduling Appointments with Contractors & Clients. Administrative Tasks; Including
    Drafting/Sending Out Tenancy Agreement Contracts, Renewals & Inventories.
  • General Diary Management; Adding New Appointments, Scheduling Contractors.
  • Organising Annual Gas, Electrical Safety Inspections and also EPCs.
  • Dealing with HMO & Selective License properties
  • Preparing new tenancies from the start and conducting references.
  • Making sure all correspondences are logged through Jupix.
