I’m a skilled and diverse Digital Business Analyst with significant experience in building and managing business change in a digitally enabled and fast-paced environment using Agile/Waterfall methodologies for product development. I am creative with a self-starter personality and with strong ability to analyze users and required business needs to achieve solutions that are fit for purpose. I have sound communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to bring clarity to business problems and deliver solutions. I have the experience of working and facilitating collaboration across cross-functional teams, and management of multiple stakeholders across different businesses, both internal and external domains to support design, which helps to build delivery that meet the users need and expectations.
I have the required ability to gather, document, analyze, articulate, and prioritize business requirements against the project need and add the value of performing the activity based on the immediate business objectives and customer needs and expectations and get validation through obtaining sign-off from key stakeholders against the possible changes from the documented requirements and delivery timelines. I analyze the stakeholder’s management and engagement of the business through the adoption of communication strategy in terms of method and frequency of communication of the stakeholders, by developing stakeholders mapping definition that the project is dependent on or identify who is involved across various departmental functions and analyzing with the use of RACI Matrix in terms of stakeholders who is (Responsible, Accountable, to be consulted and to be Informed)which enable me to ensure it is aligned with the common goal. Experience in adoption of Waterfall/Agile methodologies in a digitally enabled and fast-paced project management environment in delivering the needed change and accomplished required for business objectives.
As a customer-centric digital solution provider, I have robust experience in design thinking approach to product development with ability to create user personas and customer journey mapping. Having digitally enabled and empowered by user research, customer insights and data to deliver digital solutions to the business and elevate customer experience. I have had the opportunity to collaborate on many successful projects and used my initiative to help businesses grow.

I was involved in a digital transformation project on the implementation of a digital Salesforce CRM solution and digital ERP SAP HCM solution used by HR/Operation department for employee performance assessment and agent productivity, monitoring adherence to code of conducts on GDPR and performance training needs.
I worked closely with the business stakeholders, Project manager and program lead on strategies, identify business needs. I was accountable for the development of the ASIS and TOBE processes and collaborated closely with the development team to implement and release the solution for production
