As a Senior Street works Coordinator, I play a vital role in ensuring the successful coordination and management of street works activities. Collaborating closely with various stakeholders, including local authorities, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure compliance with regulations, maintaining efficient workflows, and delivering outstanding results.

• Ensuring all works to be carried out have the correct notice / permit / TTRO in place.  Effectively managing a team of individuals to ensure the above goals are met.
• Ensuring all personnel under my management are completing their tasks in line with the company processes & safe systems of work.
• Managing a team of Project planners and noticing co-ordinators and maximising their workloads in line with the company’s requirements.
• Managing the noticing process, including opening, extending, and closing .
• Dealing with reported defects in a timely manner, ensuring the company receive no fixed penalty notices (FPNs) from local authorities.
• Ensuring all projects are closed out effectively, with registrations registered with the local authority in a timely manner.
• Liaising and building strong relationships with local authority's around the whole of the UK.
• Learning all individual processes of each local authority.
• Producing reports where required.
• I have experience on Streetmanager, Symology, BT SWMS, Aurora & Bentley systems.
