My mantra, 'People before Ideas,' encapsulates my approach to life and marketing - understanding before promoting and empathising before strategising. For every marketing strategy I've crafted, the starting point has been a profound understanding and respect for the stories, challenges, and aspirations of the people we seek to serve and collaborate with.
Experience
In the heart of adversity during the 2020 global crisis, I navigated through uncharted territories by conceptualising and birthing Encliptic despite the pervading market uncertainties and without a foundational knowledge of the technology sector. I immersed myself in acquiring pivotal tech insights and identified and filled critical market gaps, securing our first sale during one of the most daunting economic times.
Launching UniFried Nosh at the University of Reading was a strategic feat achieved not by conventional means but by a meticulous understanding and navigation of the university's bureaucratic structure. My strategy wasn’t only rooted in obtaining permissions but extended to visualising and communicating the potential upliftment and enrichment my venture could bring to the campus environment.
My marketing approach is deeply rooted in understanding and empathising with target demographics, underpinned by comprehensive data analysis. Leading UniFried Nosh, I not only spearheaded the creation of a brand that resonated with students and universities but employed data from social media to inform content strategies and resource allocations, ensuring the brand narrative was compelling and contextually relevant.
My journey has been sculpted not just by strategic successes but also by navigating through personal trials, including neurological conditions and chronic illness. These experiences have crafted a resilience that permeates my professional strategies and endowed me with a perspective that values and enforces adaptability, ensuring that the strategies I lead are robust, inherently flexible, and humanely considerate.
Transitioning from the hospitality sector to technology with Encliptic, I bridged innovative digital twins technology with strategic marketing, ensuring our solutions not only met but anticipated the evolving needs of the global hospitality sector during a time of crisis, demonstrating an in-depth understanding and forward-thinking approach to market trends and technologies.
Education
I studied construction management at University, but my education is self-taught daily, drawing on sources from different educational, societal and technological areas.
