About Tejal Limbachiya:
I am a dedicated and impact-driven Wellbeing and Safeguarding Specialist with over five years of frontline experience across domestic abuse, mental health, alcohol misuse, SEN, and complex behavioural support. My career has been shaped by a commitment to protecting the vulnerable, championing unheard voices, and creating pathways to safety, stability, and self-empowerment.
Whether I’m supporting survivors of high-risk domestic violence, guiding young people through crisis, or coordinating urgent multi-agency interventions, I bring a calm, confident presence—and a deep sense of empathy—to every situation. I don’t just provide support; I create trust, restore autonomy, and stand firmly alongside individuals during their most critical moments.
At the core of my practice is a trauma-informed, person-centred approach rooted in integrity, urgency, and collaboration. I thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments where quick thinking, emotional intelligence, and cross-agency coordination are key.
Now, I’m seeking opportunities within forward-thinking, values-led organisations where I can continue to make tangible change—on the ground, in the system, and in the lives of those who need it most.
