In a coordinating /supervisory roles in my team l inspire my team members seeking guidance as a example and available to assist. My team understands it is OK to make mistakes but it should be acknowledged so as for all to learn and correct ourselves. When colleagues lacks motivation, am easily available to render assistance. 

As communication is very significant, l am open to suggestions from my team mates during briefing of a task, action  and direct to the right path. Decision making atimes are difficult within a team, it takes courage in calculating risks and taking them.
