Band 6 Team Leader in a Satellite Dialysis Unit in London.

I have been working in NHS for 9 years, 2 of which as an acute medical nurse and the latter as a charge nurse in a satellite dialysis unit within Imperial College NHS Trust. Skillwise, I have experience in being a nurse assessor and supervisor to nursing students, I also mentored newly qualified nurses (OSCE) and newly hired nurses within my Trust. Elearnings and mandatory trainings are updated. Some of my current job responsibility includes setting up nursing care plans, blood bourne infection audits (Hep B vaccines), COVID vaccine audit, skills in AVF/AVG cannulation, blood investigations monitoring, maintain and uphold infection control policy.
