- Organisational, teamwork and communication skills utelised to achieve a consistent, smooth session throughout
- Overcame the challenges posed by the 40°C heatwave, adjusting the program to indoor or shaded activities with regular breaks. Logistical issue of limited water stations resulted in longer breaks

Furniture and office installations
- Implemented digital sales strategy, developing full online channel for furniture purchases

Felsted School: Felsted, Junior Activity Staff (July 2019 - July 2019)
Summer International School
- Planned daily detailed activities to ensure the development and improvement in student's ability on weekly basis
- Deliver the sports and social programme as instructed by the Sports and Social Manager and the Clubs and Events Coordinators
- Challenge of students aged 8 to 12 not listening at the beginning of sessions meant I had to think of an interactive and effective way of getting their attention. A simple chant was implemented and upon returning in 2022, saw it was still in use by staff
