I'm a confident and focused individual that can work quickly through any task once I have practised and gained an understanding of what I need to do. I also consider myself to be a very good communicator who can work well in a team but also use my initiative when required to do so.

I currently work for the well known data management company, Iron Mountain, employed as a Data admin to help process documentation as part of a project to help digitalise paperwork for the NHS. I have worked this role for 4-5 months.

Along with this role, I have previous experience in IT, working at a law firm undergoing research tasks in order to help crack down on the pirated use of 3D metal works software for commercial use by companies from across the globe. I have also been tasked with IT duties in the hotels I have worked at in Cardiff and Manchester respectfully. These main duties were monitoring the emails for various enquiries from guests checking in or out, responding to Trip Advisor reviews, checking guests out and in depending on what shift I was working and last but not least, answering phone calls to help assist with various enquiries and so having a good understanding and listening skills was crucial. I leant to have more belief in myself with these roles and learn from those with a greater level of experience in the world of professional work. 

I have a university degree in Web Design and Development with a 2:1 from attending Central Lancashire
A level 3 IT subsidiary, equivalent to an A level as my final studies at Harrow on the Hill college from my hometown in North West London
