Nursing is an extremely satisfying career and brings great job satisfaction while making a difference to both patients and family members. My clinical experience with working with a variety of patients those predominantly suffering with a variety of mental health issues has enabled me to take a greater understanding in to each individual and how this can affect different aspects of their life. I have been encountered in a variety of experiences during my career, these have motivated me into become the best version of my professional self.

I would like to apply for this position as a registered care manager, as I am continually open to learning new skills and growing. I feel this job opportunity will contribute to my career as a professional and as a care leader.

As part of my role in A&E I work closely with over sea nurses new to the country on there first few weeks supernumerary period, student nurses, student TNAs as well as new health care assistant helping them to achieve clinical competencies.  I am able to support and educate them clinically ensuring that all all educational and clinical skills are met which are compliment with legal and professional standards and to ensue supervision is provided at all times.
