Sophie’s choice restaurant, Sidcup –  

chef assistant (part time) 04/2023 - 06/2023 

Main duties: 

•Assisted the chef with food preparation and service. 

•Cleaned ovens, dishes, and pans 

•Took into account special dietary requirements  

•Kept the kitchen floors and surfaces clean 

Mrs Bonds Village Nursery, St Mary Cray – placement 17/07/2023 - 20/07/23 

Main duties:  

•Looked after, cared for, interacted with, and taught pre-school age children 

•Ensured that safeguarding procedures were followed  

•Maintained a child friendly, clean, and tidy environment for the children 

 •Helped build literacy and numeracy skills in preparation them for primary school

Main duties: 

•Taking orders and handling payments 

•Maintaining a clean, safe working and dining environment 

•Being knowledgeable about menu items and promotions 

•Preparing food ingredients, assembling food orders and checking that orders are correct
