I am a highly motivated and ambitious individual; I am enthusiastic about pursuing new challenges and I consistently strive for excellence in everything I do, with a strong work ethic, I can manage my time effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work. I work well in a team environment and have the ability to work independently. Overall, my combination of ambition, enthusiasm, hardworking nature, team-working skills, and time management abilities and friendly nature make me a valuable asset to any company. 

I am currently looking for full time, entry level positions/apprenticeships into my future career. 

Worked as a retail assistant In Primark Chelmsford for 1 year and 10 months and performed multiple roles including tills, self-checkouts, zoning, delivery maintenance, Click and Collect and PSR – responsible for placing orders and controlling stock. As a result of this I exceed in customer service, time management and prioritising important tasks. While working at Primark I have received recognition for my work ethic and skills numerous times. 

I possess valuable expertise in customer service gained through hands-on experience at JackStone Staircases LTD, our family business. Working directly with customers in their homes, specialising beautiful, tailor-made staircases and furniture. My proficiency extends to creating a welcoming and courteous environment, ensuring both the highest standards of work and a friendly atmosphere.

Achieved 3 A Levels in English Literature and Language/History/Law – all achieved grade B

Achieved passing grades in all GCSE subjects, with the highest scores of 6s and 7s in English Literature and English Language and Food Preparation and Nutrition, respectively while earning grade 5s in all other subjects including Biology.

Attended singing, dancing, and drama stage school for 6 years, received multiple distinctions for singing and drama. 

I have also recently completed an online course on training to be a book editor hosted by Francisco Vilhena and gained high marks in 5 projects - 1. 20/20, 2. 16/20, 3. 17/20, 4. 9/10, 5. 38/40
