Ting-Wei Hsu

I am a bilingual (Mandarin and English) international student from Taiwan who studies Accounting and Management at Lancaster University in my final year. I am looking forward to stepping into a real business, finance (accounting) and banking field by the graduate opportunity, which could help me find my growth. Self-esteem and self-awareness work well together to make me confident in communicating with others, and humble personalities help me learn deeply, take criticism, and fit in any environment easily. 

I have worked a few part-time jobs over the breaks during my studies since I was 16. There are two examples listed in my CV.
