As a customer assistant, I focus on providing great customer service, maintaining store stock levels and ensuring the premises is clean and sanitary.

I take on the role of shift leader, working alongside the store manager to ensure all CA tasks have been completed, overseeing product price changes and addressing customer queries. I am also responsible for checking tills, managing waste and shutting the store.
