I’m a commercially focused Fractional CMO and CRM & Retention specialist with 5+ years’ experience helping ecommerce and consumer brands scale profitably.

My core strength is building end-to-end growth systems — combining CRM (Klaviyo), paid media, lifecycle strategy, CRO and automation — so acquisition, retention and revenue actually work together.

I’ve built and led retention and growth systems for brands including FWBEAUTY, Solo Skin London, Pretty Next Door, Roca Restaurant Bedford and Live4Less, where email and SMS became core revenue channels rather than “nice to have” add-ons.

Alongside CRM, I have deep hands-on experience scaling Meta Ads, maintaining a 3.4 average ROAS over a 2-year period for a multi-million-pound DTC beauty brand by tightly integrating paid acquisition with retention strategy.

I’m also a co-founder of Live4Less, where I designed and launched a live-selling commerce system that generated just under £20k in revenue in the first week — giving me real operator insight, not just agency theory.

Experience

I’m a senior growth leader with over 5 years’ experience working as a Fractional CMO and CRM & Retention Lead for ecommerce, hospitality and consumer brands. My background spans full ownership of growth strategy and execution across CRM (Klaviyo), paid media (Meta), lifecycle marketing, CRO, automation and analytics.

I’ve led and built end-to-end growth systems for brands including FWBEAUTY, Solo Skin London, Pretty Next Door, Roca Restaurant Bedford and Live4Less, where retention channels became core revenue drivers rather than supporting tactics. Over a 2-year period, I also led Meta Ads scaling for a multi-million-pound DTC beauty brand, maintaining a 3.4 average ROAS through tight integration between acquisition and retention.

Alongside client work, I’m a co-founder and operator, having launched and scaled ecommerce infrastructure firsthand — including a live-selling commerce system that generated just under £20k in its first week. I work closely with founders and leadership teams to create clear, scalable and commercially sound growth engines.
