I believe in myself as an authentic down to earth leader who can quickly gain the trust and respect of his team.  I understand the needs of team members from all cultures and have extensive experience leading multi discipline and multi-cultural teams in the UAE over 12 years.  I am a pilot and UK TRE with experience across all the flight operations disciplines.  My experience has taught me that a happy and effective team is led by a leader who can always support them, empathize with their circumstances, strengths, and weaknesses – and have the patience to develop them to achieve the team and individual goals.  I am married - my wife works in Abu Dhabi and I am hard working, quickly effective in role, loyal to my employer - always polite and culturally aware.
