My goal when working with clients is to become a trusted resource, so that I can identify areas for improvement which leads naturally to the identification of up-sell opportunities. This approach fosters a culture of collaboration and trust to achieve common business objectives & goals.

I have worked as an Account Manager across a wide range of industries that demonstrates my ability to learn about new products, services and technologies. This ability has allowed me to focus on achieving company goals of growth across my portfolio of accounts. 

My understanding of business requirements has allowed me to generate successful proposals and Scopes of Work, that meet strict compliance and legislative standards.  I understand the need to respond to RfP's quickly and effectively to ensure a successful outcome and excel in bringing the right resources together.

I enjoy working with my colleagues across all teams to make the organisation successful and the customer experience fulfilling.

I received my BA degree many years ago.

In order to maintain my knowledge I have taken training courses in Excel, Salesforce, and assorted security technologies.
