15 years’ experience working as a teaching assistant and Police Cadet leader. Possess a
multitude of skills and experience in areas including Diversity and Inclusion, Health and
Safety, Safeguarding. Passionate about making a difference to peoples’ daily lives utilising
excellent active listening, empathy, kindness, and patience. Able to quickly create rapport
and develop relationships with people of all ages. I enjoy working as part of a team but also
