A pro-active, experienced Digital Transformation Programme Manager with a successful track record of delivering large-scale strategic digital transformation programmes through the UK, Europe and the USA.

 

I have direct programme manager experience in the following business sectors: Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG,  Utilities, Financial service, Insurance, and Private Equity carve-out. 

 

Delivering multiple digital transformations, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations of Microsoft AX Dynamics, Microsoft D365 F&O, Microsoft D365 Business Central, Sage X3  and Infor M3 Cloud suite.

 

My skill set includes successfully managing digital transformation programmes through the whole programme lifecycle and delivering programmes on time to budget and specification. Troubleshooting and remediation of existing transformation programmes. Delivering strategic digital transformations that consistently meet challenging commercial objectives. Providing strategic and operational change through people, processes, and technology. Total stakeholder management through all levels of business. I have excellent experience of 3rd party /service integration partner management.

 

Providing clients with solid strategic leadership and transformational change management. I have built a strong reputation for being professional, driven, and solution-focused. I deliver analytical problem-solving solutions and continuous improvement strategies.

 

I act as an effective bridge between the technical/commercial teams and management teams to ensure a common understanding of the programmes throughout the business at all levels. I build highly motivated delivery teams.

  • Strategy planning from both a business and technology focus
  • Data Transformation, Extraction, Transformation and Load (ETL) process management
  • Business process owner's leadership 
  • Implementation of Pro-active Programme Lifecycle Management controls (PMO controls)
  • Target Operating Model (TOM) Design and development 
  • Successfully turning around failing implementation projects and programmes
  • Total Stakeholder Management, including C-suite
  • Programme reporting and communication using best practice controls and governance
  • Disaster management planning
  • Building detailed Programme Plans 
  • Financial Budget Management 
  • RAID Risks & Issues Management 
  • 3rd Party Supplier/Vendor Management, Contract Negotiations, and Change Management
  • Programme team line and matrix management
