Currently, I have been working as an Theatre manager for a small private independent hospital and doing a couple of Agency shifts per month to maintain skills, where I have had the privilege to gain exposure to various healthcare settings and refine my skills. However, I am now seeking a permanent position where I can immerse myself fully in the responsibilities of a role and contribute consistently to the well-being of patients.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a dedication to patient safety My ability to remain calm under pressure, coupled with my attention to detail.

Currently holds the position of Theatre manager. Working with and managing all clinical staff to provide high quality surgical care. These duties also included working in close collaboration with team Leaders for Outpatients and the Ward to ensure a smooth and safe pathway and minimal delay for the individual surgical patient.I have good financial awareness and can anticipate, manage and monitor risks and the implication to practice and patients safety. Whilst supporting management with current CQC inspection.

To ensure I am safe to continue to practice in the clinical setting.  Although I do administration tasks, I also work as part of the multidisciplinary team either participating in anaesthetics or recovery. I have always loved direct patient interaction, working in the private sector helped with being able to do both.
