• Taking notes and making sure that meetings are recorded.
• Tracking shots needed for storyboarding,  previs, techvis, motion capture or postvis.
• Presenting from our artists to directors and executives for them to review.
• Communicating feedback to the team as efficiently and concisely as possible.
• Ensuring that the team has everything that they need to complete their assigned tasks and, if not, retrieving that data as soon as possible.
• Liaising with other departments so that everyone has not only what they need but knows what they need to do with it.
• Scheduling artists' work and assigning deadlines to them.
• Sending daily and weekly updates to other departments to keep them updated on what the team has been doing.
• Organising work into categories folders so that nothing gets lost.

•  Setting up and operating witness cameras, both on set and in studio for creature  ADR sessions.
