• Owner at Fitness Box running a small group personal training gym with upwards of 70+ members. Managing a staff of 3 fitness coaches ,1 social media executive and 2 cleaning attendants. April 2019-January 2024.

• Personal Trainer at David Lloyd Leisure (Warrington) and Crewe Hall Hotel holding circuit classes, spin classes, gym-based boxing classes at various fitness centres in Cheshire area also. 2015/2019

• Work placement as Sports Scientist/S&C coach with Nottingham Forest Football Club during the 2014/2015 season.

• Internship as a sports scientist/S&C coach with Barnsley Football Club during their 2014/2015 pre-season preparation.

• Work experience as a fitness coach with amateur football clubs including, FC Crewe, and Biddulph Victoria Football Club 2014/2015

• Internal Account Manager Comms-Care Ltd from December 2009 to December 2014(Cold calling business to business setting up appointments for External Account Managers while taking inbound customer service calls).Terminated contract to pursue a career in the Health and Fitness Industry.

• Mobile Phone Sales Advisor business to business with The Bottom Line GB Ltd. (promoted to Senior Sales Advisor during this period) January 2008 to November 2009. Company Folded.

• Accident insurance sales advisor with Combined Insurance Ltd face to face sales business to business from January 2007 to December 2007( Cold Calling face to face selling health insurance to consumers and businesses commission only).Terminated contract due to there being no scope for progression at the company.

• Youth Apprentice at Crewe Alexandra Football Club from 13-18 years old was released from contract 2006/05/29.
