Tuhla Choudhury

I am both an educator and practitioner in my own practice delivering high-quality fashion services to brands and companies, as well as a creative Director, I apply hands-on experience in designing and creative pattern cutting to the end of the operation of productions.

I also teach across a range of creative and practical modules.

I have great communication skills and deliver quality learning and outcomes in this practice whether design development or business.  

My professional experience consists of running a successful premium and luxury sustainable fashion service (Sew It In London) for new and existing designers who want to make it here in the UK. I am also a creative pattern cutter who runs our design team from concept, design, and development to launch, as well as mentor our clients on our bespoke courses before they launch. In total, I have 25 years of experience in this industry. 

My most recent education would be the ILM program that I am still completing flexibly and due to finish. followed by my teaching education PGCE/PCET.
