Experience
Following my graduation in 2019, I worked full-time for a major UK political party as a researcher. I undertook a great deal of responibility, with my work extending to PR functions and policy formation.
I worked as a journalist for Brighton and Hove News for much of 2021. Due to the small size of the organization, I produced articles entirely independently. This involved sourcing interviewees, coming up with ideas, and the process of writing itself.
Recently I have finished a temping contract working as a research assistant at KCL. I was tasked with evaluating paliamentary speeches, and coding data onto an Excel Spreadsheet.
I have also worked in a pub and as a Covid tester.
Education
I have an undergraduate degree in history from the University of Bristol, and am studying an MA in Politics and Economics of the Middle East at King's College London
