With 3 years of hands-on experience in the industry, I have developed a keen understanding of construction drawings, material take-offs, tender preparation, and cost planning. I am proficient in tools like AutoCAD, CostX, and Microsoft Excel, which support my ability to deliver precise estimates and assist in the financial planning of various residential and commercial projects.

My strengths lie in my attention to detail, clear communication with project managers and clients, and my ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. I have over 3 years of experience in the construction industry, working across various roles including AutoCAD Designer, Site Engineer, and Quantity Estimator. My work has involved developing accurate technical drawings, managing on-site execution, and preparing cost estimates for both residential and commercial projects. I’ve been actively involved in steel structures, RCC buildings, architectural detailing, and infrastructure works like STP/WTP systems.

With strong command of AutoCAD and a solid understanding of construction drawings and materials, I contribute to precise project planning and execution. I have collaborated closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that designs align with client specifications and site conditions. My experience spans both the UK and India, giving me a broad perspective on international construction practices, standards, and expectations.

I hold a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Leeds Beckett University, UK, where I gained a strong foundation in project planning, commercial management, and modern construction practices. Prior to that, I earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering, Pune, India, graduating with distinction (84%). My academic background has equipped me with both technical knowledge and practical skills in areas such as structural design, project estimation, AutoCAD drafting, and construction site execution.
