I am a SC Cleared Solution Architect. I have been working with Public Sector which has a large (25K+) user base, complex architecture, multi -vendor environment, broad spectrum of technologies and transformation/Cloud migration programmes. I am familiar with Project Governance, and I work with Business right from the requirement gathering phase until handover to support. 

I work as a trusted business partner and ready to take ownership. I am proficient in explaining emerging Tech to business clients including non-technical stakeholders. I have an ability to work with Senior stakeholders, collaborating to find solutions to complex technical situations.

I am passionate about technology and have strong architectural experience and an energy to drive change and achieve outcomes. Ability to understand business context and technology solutions. I am capable of quickly grasping, documenting, and communicating a view of the current environment and the end stage solution.

Experienced in designing innovative and dependable solutions to opportunities and problems. Knowledge and experience of working within or delivering into highly secure environments and Data.  Able to create, produce and review technical diagrams, SDD/HLD, Assessment documents such as DPIA/BIA. 

I am a team player but also able to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience of agile delivery methods.

During the last project, I evaluated, procured, and deployed a SaaS solution to migrate applications, users(25K) and around 100TB data to the cloud.

Experience

SC Cleared Solution Architect - Transformation and migration to Cloud Programme for public Sector.

  • Proven record of accomplishment (21+ years of experience) for End 2 End solutions that includes- Procurement, Design and Drive the implementation of large scale complex solutions that meets the strategic needs of the business.
  • Translate Business requirements into appropriate solutions that are in line with enterprise strategy and achieve the business benefit.
  • Conduct the Technical valuation during the procurement phase for various Schedules such as Application mapping, Security Control matrix, Offshoring, Service availability, PEN testing and resiliency of the product. 
  • Proven track record of work experience developing technical blueprints regarding the arrangement, interaction, and interdependence of all elements so that system-relevant requirements are met.
  • Ability to collaborate, negotiate, and influence technical direction and decision. Development of strategic designs. 
  • Prepare and present technical documents to Architecture Board for approval.
  • Prepare and seek approval for DPIA/BIA/ Offshoring/Accessibility test.
  • Work closely with Security Teams at every stage of the programme to align the final product with approved blueprint of the enterprise strategy.
  • Work with the testing team and business to prepare the test cases for UAT/live proving before the actual roll out.

Education

  1. Capable of driving Complex projects from an architecture and design perspective including:
  2. IT Infrastructure – Data Centre/Networks/Voice
  3. Cloud Technology – application, user, and data migration to cloud. 
  4. Decommissioning 
  5. Assessment 
  6. Function and Non-Functional requirements. 
  7. Financial acumen to support development of business cases and to inform key design decisions.
  8. Utilize in depth experience of Cisco  Contact Centre systems such as UCCE, Workplaces, HCS, Contact Routing and CTI, Interactive Voice Response (IVR/CVP) and MIS.
