As a seasoned project manager with 5 years of experience, I have successfully overseen complex game development cycles, from concept to launch. I thrive on managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams, and I have teams of up to 45 people across multiple languages to successfully release over 20 titles in the course of my career . My strong background in localization ensures that games resonate with global audiences, and I have meticulously fine-tuned content to meet quality standards and address bugs before release. I tackle challenges head-on, balancing the creative vision of a game with practical development realities. My ability to anticipate and resolve conflicts ensures smooth progress. Collaboration and communication are the key to success, and I love working closely with developers and testers to ensure seamless integration of game features, resulting in a polished and player-friendly experience.

I am proud to have successfully worked on five, shipped, Triple-A, RPG video games localised in five languages, six mobile games adopting the live service model localised in up to ten languages, as well as over twenty instant lottery games for browser and mobile apps for a variety of international markets.
