• Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer

• Delivering continuous improvement training in UK and US to all levels of the organisation - training employees in improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as lean principles, Six Sigma, problem-solving and data analysis.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to individuals and teams throughout the improvement journey, offering support and expertise when needed.

• Defining quality standards - establish quality criteria and develop specifications for the product.

• Ensure products manufactured and developed by Pelsis Group meet the required quality standards

• Quality planning - create quality plans that outline the overall approach to ensuring product quality, identifying quality control checkpoints, determining inspection methods, establishing testing protocols, setting quality goals and defining performance metrics.

• Product testing - design and execute testing procedures to assess the product performance, durability, functionality, and reliability.
