I graduated with a Master's degree in Marketing Management and have a passion for digital marketing. From conducting my own research as a student, to content creation, to leading a staff team, I have gained a wide range of transferable skills that is evident in my profile.

As a Digital Marketing Intern at Schooly, I honed my digital marketing skills. I became proficient in various essential digital tools, including Trello, Slack, Canva, and SEO analytics tools. I applied the latest online marketing and SEO techniques to real-world projects, creating marketing campaigns and optimizing websites and social media channels. I conducted keyword research, managed social media accounts, assisted in email marketing campaigns, and collaborated with the content team to ensure SEO-optimized content. I also contributed to designing promotional materials using graphic design software.

During my Marketing and Public Relations Internship at The Company at Winchester School of Art, I successfully promoted Winchester Fashion Week 2022. I devised marketing strategies using social media platforms, collaborated on a consulting project to create and implement marketing campaigns, managed social media content, and explored influencer partnerships.

In my role as a Traffic Passenger Service Agent at EVA Airways, I excelled in delivering 5-star customer service. I maintained compliance with airline regulations, assisted passengers at check-in and boarding gates, and analyzed customer insights to enhance airline performance. I also managed special needs passenger services, customs documentation, and fostered partnerships with other airlines. My problem-solving skills and professionalism were critical in handling customer complaints, and I thrived in high-pressure environments.

As a recently graduated with a master’s degree in Marketing Management, from the University of Southampton, I have developed a strong foundation in Marketing through several coursework and extracurricular activities. Throughout my studies, my coursework has equipped me with the ability to analyze market trends, develop effective marketing plans, conduct competitor analysis, and create engaging brand experiences. I also have honed my ability to analyze data, think critically, and identify opportunities for improvement. Additionally, I have acquired in-depth knowledge of market research techniques, digital marketing strategies, effective communication practices, social media management, market analytics, consumer behavior analysis, and brand management. These skills, coupled with my creativity and analytical thinking, enable me to devise effective marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences and yield positive business outcomes. Also, I am proficient in utilizing marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track performance and gather valuable insights.
