I’m have worked in the insurance industry for over 10 years. I am an experienced claims handler with training and coaching experience. My previous role was a data breach manager. Prior I worked for a large insurance firm as a first response manager.  I have excellent I.T skills and worked on multiple CMS systems. 

At Haven claims, I worked as a claims handler dealing with RTA claims.  I always went above and beyond in my role and was asked to step in as a deputy team manager. 
after a year of working in the company I moved into a coach/ trainer role training all the new starters who joined the business. 

I then moved onto Carpenters Solicitors where I was a first response manager for a large call centre. I managed a team of 10 making sure they hit their SLA targets, KPIs. I mentored the team providing 121 monthly, training and any HR related issues. 

most recently I worked for DBPA claims as a data breach manager. I worked along side the directors to set a new company up. I implemented structures, set up a CMS system on proclaim and manage a small team of agents who dealt with the data breach leads received.
