Victor Ndukwe

I am a first-class honours graduate in Architectural Design Technology from the University of Wolverhampton, former STEM Ambassador and Associate Technologist of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists.

As a firm believer in the limitless capacity of an individual, I seldom restrict myself from venturing into any field, as evidenced by my diverse interests in construction, health, technology, and now business- currently studying MBA at my alma mata.

Further, I esteem the ethos of balance and symmetry and express these in my work and lifestyle.

I was the Chief Editor for the data journalism platform, Dataphyte. My responsibilities ranged from editorials to media handling and all communication within the organisation.

PROGRAMME EXECUTIVE/EDITOR- DUBAWA| PREMIUM TIMES CENTRE FOR INVESTIGATIVE JOURNALISM (PTCIJ) |AUG 2019- JULY 2020
I managed a team of researchers under the fact-checking arm of PTCIJ- Dubawa. My roles range from research to editorial and management. My responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with the project officer to identify public information that needs to be verified and draft fact-checks/articles;
• Oversee and coordinate multiple writing projects simultaneously while ensuring consistency of style.

CONSULTANT TECHNOLOGIST | CYRUS GROUP LTD | MAY-JULY 2019
I consulted with Cyrus Group on a host of design projects. My responsibilities included:

• Developing working drawings from concept sketches using BIM tools;
• Writing reports and undertaking site surveys.

BIM TECHNICIAN | CARILLON PLC | OCTOBER 2017

I assisted the BIM team on the Midland Metropolitan Hospital Project in Smethwick in delivering clash-free design, detailed working drawings, and complete building analysis. My responsibilities included:

• Federating models for the various disciplines (i.e. the Architect, Structural Engineer, M&E, FF&E, Specialist) and ensuring they all align with the correct survey point and project base point.
• Creation of builderswork openings either on the floor slab or wall; this was to allow for the duct openings and several other HVAC and M&E fittings.
