  • Ran working groups and steering committees with senior level stakeholders to facilitate prioritisation and decisions making based on current and future direction.
  • Define and deliver project scope (inc. change control). Created and maintained end-to-end program plan to enable delivery of business value across multiple workstreams to time/budget.
  • DFM Project - Successful sequencing using goal-based delivery delivered benefits early in the delivery cycle allowing the achievement of its assets under management target before project closure.
  • SIPP Enhancements - Digitisation and STP processes; removed 55k pieces of paper annually, 133% increase in NPS, 9 FTE capacity created and 32% increase in clients serviced per FTE.
