With excellent team management and leadership skills, I consider developing my team a hugely important part of my role. I have a proven track-record of strategically steering departments and delivering new ways of working and thinking, coupled with consistently delivering sales, profit and market share growth. Company strategy and KPI's remain at the forefront of everything I do professionally, and this is demonstrated with the consistent success I have had. With a diverse background, I now have experience of store retail, TV, Catalog and online, together with Central European buying experience, together with a wealth of different categories, demonstrating my ability to adapt and innovate. 

I have extensive Far East sourcing experience and have led numerous buying trips to Europe, Asia and the U.S.

I would love to combine my love for F1 with my passion for Buying and driving buying efficiencies. 

I have worked in buying for over 20 years and have extensive experience of sourcing products, delivering cost savings, dealing with complex contracts, managing supplier relationships and leading teams.

I thrive in a fast paced environment and have vast experience of multiple stakeholder engagement and leading and coordinating people to deliver objectives.
