About Vidi Demireva :

I'm a qualified psychologist and senior tennis coach with over 10 years experience in working with athletes. Heavily involved in the physical and mental development of young professionals. I specialise in performance consultancy and applied sport psychology.

Some of the areas I focus my work with athletes on include: managing anxiety and relaxation training; motivation, goal-setting and building confidence; momentum management and attention control; visualisation and imagery; pre- and post- match routines. I offer a client-centered therapy as well as wellbeing and welfare support. I also work as a professional tennis coach focusing on the development of U12 players.
