Looking for a similar role for a new company 

Aircraft Team/Leader, Swissport, Nov 2021 - Current

Recently joined Swissport to use all my knowledge and skills to become a successful team-leader. I have also done this position previously for another company and I am now looking for a new position/ new challenge. I have also finished university and now wish to find another airport job either as a dispatcher or a supervisor. 
 

May 2021 – November 2021, Supervisor at Farm foods LTD, in Aston, Birmingham

Day to day operations will include opening the store at 7am, labelling reduced items. Fresh food is rotated, and spoiled items will be written off and thrown away. All staff will participate in cleaning all aspects of the store, including me. Every morning, I will do the orders for the store. Foreseeing what we need for the week and the weekend. During the day, I can also accept deliveries by checking the items arrived and stocking up the shelves in the store including rotating.   

Many same responsibilities as Onestop including, cash handling, till lifts, stock keeping and key holding. 

Main responsibilities include:

• Key Holder – responsible for opening and closing the store.
• Store Ordering – creating weekly orders from suppliers including, DC Onestop, Muller, Warburton, Greencore and Bookers frozen and chiller. 
• Back Office – handling stock takes, maintaining temperatures, investigating missing stock and contacting suppliers on adjusting orders and claiming missing stock. 
• Post Office – as a trained post-office employee, I can send parcels, do cash declarations, weekly and monthly rollovers and many other aspects of the post office horizon system. 
• Weekly and Monthly Change-Over – assist in changeover including changing labels over, creating new stockpiles and strong links with franchise. 
• Day to Day operation – accepting and booking in deliveries, producing new labels for the store, filling up the ATM available in the store, daily stock takes including sandwich, produce and chiller. Knowledge of selling cigarettes and tobacco with knowledge of 18 and over. 
• Cash handling and cashing up – every shift each till is cashed up, I can cash up my own till and produce pickups and reconcile my own till. 

April 2020 – May 2021, Assistant Store Manager at Onestop Stores, Dudley

Aircraft Ramp Team Leader/ Baggage Handler

Working hands on with an aircraft is a once in a lifetime opportunity and I was lucky enough to work with GH Birmingham at BHX. The roles I was assigned were to load bags into a dolly, ensure the correct aircraft stands are clear of debris, marshalling an aircraft on to a stand, routine inspections on aircraft equipment, communications with pilots by using the headset or hand signals.

Main Responsibilities included:

• Held a Valid Airside Driving pass – Able to operate baggage belt, low loader and other valid equipment.
• Loading and offloading – Ensuring the aircraft is unloaded and loaded within the correct and safe manner e.g. between weight and balance perimeters.
• Weight and balance – Ensuring the aircraft is loaded in the correct areas e.g. holds and special cargo. 
• Marshaling and Headsets Signed off, also signed off to pushback, tow and operate an airstart.

First Class Degree in FDA Aviation and Airport Management Studied at University College Birmingham, from 2018 to 2020 Studied this course for over 2 year and achieved this first class classification. many modules included business management, payroll and aviation management
