• Carrying out personal care duties such as bathing, diaper change,
dressing, feeding while maintaining patients’ dignity.
• Assisting clients with medication administration.
• Checking vital signs and excelled in proper documentation.
• Assisting with catheter care and change.

• Help dispense drugs to inpatients and ensure it is properly taken.
