During my work experiences, I have developed a strong foundation in marketing and communications. In my role as a Marketing Strategist and Social Media Developer at Vocal Health Education (VHE) from July to December 2022, I focused on collecting customer data for marketing activities, managing marketing assignments and campaigns, and providing support to the Director of Strategy.

As a Public Relations and Marketing intern at The Company, Winchester School of Art (WSA) in March and April 2022, I contributed to the promotion of Winchester Fashion Week 2022, engaged with social media influencers, and organized offline marketing campaigns to boost event conversion rates. I also worked within a team to execute projects under the leadership of the Public Relations and Marketing department.

During my tenure as a Membership and Administrative Officer at the World Organization of Family Doctors (WONCA) from June 2018 to July 2019, I managed global membership applications, developed marketing and public relations strategies that increased new applicants and renewals, and organized overseas conferences and events across Asia and Europe. I excelled in maintaining detailed event logistics, CRM databases, and administrative support.

Lastly, as an Operation Trainee in the Trade Logistics department at Yamato Unyu (Thailand) Co., Ltd. from March to June 2017, I honed my skills in managing import and export transportation, document creation, CRM maintenance, and data analysis, ensuring efficient and error-free trading processes.
