Vineeta Punn

I am an experienced health and well-being practitioner with over 12 years of total experience. My first experience of working with community began as a volunteer in Bristol with Bristol City Council. I started working with South East Asian population to Improve their understanding of diabetes, and promoting services within the community that producing diabetes in the Southeast population. the following 2015 I was hired as a health advisor at BUPA cross rail London, where I was trained to deliver various anthropometric assessment, conduct motivational interviews, create SMART goals and also participate in various campaigns to enhance the visibility of the organisation. I moved to Birmingham in 2019 and started working for Gateway family services, community organisation to deliver general health and well-being promotion to Solihull and Birmingham. 

The onset of COVID-19, I started working from home in the employability sector with Jobs22. My role was to support both staff and participants of the restart scheme for improving their overall health and minimise any barriers to employment. 
 I realised my cool interest in mental health, and I trained as a psychological well-being practitioner in 2023 -24. My knowledge and experience makes me well rounded candidate for this post. opportunity to deliver the best of service to your organisation. I am very progressive as you can see my career, and as education. I have gained over 21 certificates between 2021 and 2023 which shows my attitude to learn and develop continuously.
