●  Led the biometrics line of business (four core KYC products based on face and voice biometrics info of end users)

●  Grew the revenue share for the above from 17% to 26% of the company’s revenue by adding features, relaunching

products, improving growth enablement and fixing customer adoption blockers

●  Created a strategic “first in the market” signal to solve for complex fraud such as coercion and money mules. This

helped us increase retention of 6 strategic enterprise customers and to gain dierentiation in a commoditized

●  Increased the number of customers for the repeat fraud product from <15 to >100 by decreasing cross selling times

from 3 weeks to <1 week. This was done by removing legal blockers and automating technical processes

●  Increased automation for the active liveness product by 18% in my second month with the company. This also led

to 170 hours/week saved for manual analysts

●  Reduced face matching AI bias by more than 2x for aected geographies by identifying key challenges with internal

metrics, model pipelines and user input

●  Revamped the team’s OKR process to be more outcome based than output based. Also, changed the product and

engineering culture in my team to be more agile

●  Led 2 cross functional consumer journey teams (Onboarding and Transaction activity) with 30 people (combined) including engineers, designers, junior PMs and analysts.

●  [Onboarding] Delivered high impact projects balancing UX and security controls such as sign up, login, 2FA, biometrics auth, OTPs via whatsapp, account recovery, account management, oboarding, PSD2/Open banking/ SCA regulation, and internal authentication library/APIs

●  [Activity] Delivered the spendlytics product, instagram story style promotions and search & filtering. Also delivered projects for tech scalability of list of user’s transactions and the customer comms platform

●  Made Wise the first modern fintech to ship PSD2/SCA regulation in <6 months without any eect on conversion by challenging and successfully convincing regulators about clauses that didn’t make sense for customers.

●  Reduced CS & KYC workload by 7% globally and monthly costs by more than $150k in <9 months by aggressively investing in self-service account recovery features (such as OTP via Whatsapp, Push auth and Recovery numbers)

●  Reduced duplicate user accounts per all new accounts on Wise from 2.5% to 0.01% in a quarter by helping customers remember and reuse their existing account

●  Decreased login time for users by upto 20 seconds on Mobiles and upto 10 seconds on Web increasing MNUs by 3k by simplifying UX

●  Increased the in-product inbox usage by 2X by investing in better discoverability and more relevant content

●  Was the first to define a metric around retention and monthly active users for Wise’s multi-currency account

●  Partnered with third parties to cut costs for enriching user’s transactions and keeping customers secure via 2FA
